Service Availability & Fair Usage Policy
Last Updated: October 17, 2026
WHAT THIS PAGE IS FOR
HEXASPEAR plans are intended for normal individual use.
This page exists so that the word unlimited, where we use it, means something honest. Unlimited reading means we do not count your articles or ration your books. It does not mean a single account may be used by a hundred people, or driven by a script at a thousand requests a minute.
REASONABLE TECHNICAL LIMITS
HEXASPEAR may apply reasonable technical limits to protect service availability, prevent abuse, maintain performance, protect infrastructure and control automated or excessive access.
These limits are not a hidden paywall. They exist so that one account cannot degrade the service for everyone else, and they are set well above anything a person reading normally would ever reach.
Where we describe reading as unlimited, read it as "unlimited reading, subject to reasonable fair-use protections."
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
- Automated scraping of Platform content without written permission
- Sharing your account credentials with other people
- Reselling or transferring your access
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, access controls or feature gates
- Excessive automated requests
- Any attack on our infrastructure, or on the infrastructure of our providers
Usage controls are intended to protect the quality and availability of HEXASPEAR for everyone using it.
AVAILABILITY
We do not promise perfect uptime, and nobody honestly can.
HEXASPEAR may occasionally experience maintenance, infrastructure interruptions, third-party service outages or other temporary limitations. We aim to keep them short and rare.
Where an interruption on our side prevents meaningful access to something you have paid for, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
