All Platform content — including Strategic Intelligence briefs, GROW Library summaries, articles, designs, logos, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of Deepsara AI LLP or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Your account grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to READ and use Platform content for personal purposes only — not to own, copy, or redistribute it.

AI TRAINING PROHIBITION

NO SCRAPING FOR AI TRAINING.

You are explicitly prohibited from using HEXASPEAR content to train, fine-tune, ground, distil, benchmark, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
