WHO THIS IS FOR

HEXASPEAR Intelligence is designed for professionals, decision-makers, investors, and lifelong learners who want strategic intelligence without noise. All users are expected to engage with the Platform in good faith and with intellectual honesty.

These Community Guidelines are issued by Deepsara AI LLP, the operator of the HEXASPEAR Intelligence Platform. They exist to maintain the integrity, quality, and safety of our community.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Use the Platform for genuine personal learning and strategic development
  • Keep your profile information honest and accurate
  • Respect the intellectual property of the Platform and third-party creators
  • Use Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Treat other users and our team with respect
  • Report concerns or violations promptly to hexaspear@gmail.com

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED

Account Misuse:

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, bans, or feature limits
  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Impersonating any person, brand, or organisation

Content Misuse:

  • Scraping, copying, redistributing, or republishing Platform content without written permission from Deepsara AI LLP
  • Using Platform content for commercial purposes without prior consent
  • Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or extract source code or AI models

Security Violations:

  • Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data
  • Probing, scanning, or testing Platform vulnerabilities without authorisation
  • Uploading or distributing malicious code, viruses, or disruptive software
  • Attempting to bypass feature flags, access controls, or subscription locks

Harmful Behaviour:

  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or our team
  • Posting or distributing hateful, offensive, or discriminatory content
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international laws

CONTENT STANDARDS

All content on the Platform — including AI-generated summaries and briefs — is intended for informational and educational purposes only. Users must not misrepresent Platform content as professional advice.

Personal Reflections are private and stored only on your device. You are responsible for the content of your own reflections. Deepsara AI LLP has no access to and no responsibility for your personal reflection content.

ENFORCEMENT

Violations of these Guidelines may result in, at our sole discretion:

  • A formal warning
  • Temporary suspension of your account
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund or notice
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities for serious violations

We reserve the right to take action against any account for conduct we determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or Deepsara AI LLP, regardless of whether the conduct is explicitly listed here.

GRIEVANCE OFFICER

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

Complaints acknowledged within 24 hours. Resolved within 15 days of receipt.

ACCOUNT APPEALS

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, you have the right to appeal enforcement actions taken against your account.

If your account has been suspended or terminated, submit your appeal to:

Your appeal must include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • A description of the enforcement action taken
  • Your explanation of why the action was incorrect or disproportionate
  • Any supporting evidence

Timeline:

  • Appeals acknowledged within 24 hours
  • Appeals reviewed and resolved within 15 days of receipt

We review every appeal in good faith. If you remain dissatisfied after our decision, you may escalate to the Grievance Officer. Appeal decisions that are upheld are final.

CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these Guidelines at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
