Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: October 21, 2026
THE SHORT VERSION
Because HEXASPEAR provides immediate access to digital content and services, successfully activated purchases are generally non-refundable — except where a refund or corrective action is appropriate under this policy, or is required by applicable law.
In plain terms: if we charged you by mistake, or took your money and did not give you what you paid for, we will put it right. If you simply changed your mind after the access was working, we will not.
WHEN WE WILL REFUND OR CORRECT
We will consider a refund or a corrective action where:
- You were charged twice for the same access
- Your payment was debited but access was not activated
- The wrong plan was activated on your account
- A technical fault on our side prevented meaningful access to what you bought
- You were charged the wrong amount
- A payment-processing error occurred
- A refund is required under applicable law
In several of these cases the better remedy is to activate the access you paid for rather than return the money. We will tell you which we are doing and why.
WHEN WE NORMALLY WILL NOT
Access passes are normally non-refundable where:
- You changed your mind after the access was successfully activated
- You chose not to use the service during the period you bought
- You used part of the access period
- You forgot to use the access you bought
- You were dissatisfied in a way that does not involve a service defect or a misleading description
- You lost journal entries by clearing your browser data, changing device or losing a device. Personal Reflections are stored only on your own device and no plan has ever included a backup — this is stated on the Pricing page, in the Terms and in the journal itself. There is no copy for us to restore, so there is nothing we can activate instead, and the loss is not a defect in the access you bought
This is the ordinary position for digital content that works from the moment it is paid for. Nothing here removes a right you have under consumer law.
CANCELLATION
There is nothing to cancel.
HEXASPEAR access passes are fixed-duration purchases. They expire automatically at the end of their stated period and do not renew. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.
If we ever introduce a product that renews automatically, it will say so clearly before you pay, and it will have its own cancellation terms. This page will not be stretched to cover it.
HOW AN APPROVED REFUND IS PAID
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method.
How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank, your payment provider and the payment network — not on us. We do not control that step and will not promise a date we cannot keep.
HOW TO RAISE A PAYMENT ISSUE
Email hexaspear@gmail.com with the subject line "Payment issue".
Tell us:
- The email address on your HEXASPEAR account
- The amount and the date
- Your payment reference, if you have it
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Almost every payment problem we see is a failed activation that takes minutes to fix, and a dispute takes weeks and helps nobody.
